畜牧业是黑龙江省农业和农村经济的支柱产业,经过多年的快速发展,产业规模迅速扩大,产业素质持续提高,核心竞争力不断增强。笔者对2012年黑龙江省主要畜产品的价格及走势进行了简要分析,并提出相应对策,以期对黑龙江省畜产品价格保持平稳运行、畜牧产业持续发展提供参考。1 2012年黑龙江省主要畜产品价格现状1.1牛奶价格稳中有升由于黑龙江省实施“参考价”和“政府指导价”双轨制,生鲜乳价格总体稳定,截至11月份,黑龙江省2012年牛奶价格变动区间仅0.1元。目前,黑龙江省生鲜乳平均收购价为2.95元/kg,比全国平均价格低13.0%,同比基本持平。1.2生猪价格持续低迷
Animal husbandry is the pillar industry of agriculture and rural economy in Heilongjiang Province. After years of rapid development, the scale of industry has expanded rapidly, the quality of the industry has been continuously improved, and the core competitiveness has been continuously enhanced. The author briefly analyzes the price and trend of major livestock products in Heilongjiang Province in 2012 and puts forward corresponding countermeasures so as to provide a reference for the stable operation of livestock products prices and sustainable development of livestock husbandry in Heilongjiang Province. 1 2012 prices of main livestock products in Heilongjiang Province 1.1 The steady rise of milk prices As the implementation of the “reference price” and “government guidance price” double-track system in Heilongjiang Province, raw milk prices generally stable, as of November, Heilongjiang Milk price changes in 2012 range of only 0.1 yuan. At present, the average purchase price of raw milk in Heilongjiang Province is 2.95 yuan / kg, 13.0% lower than the national average, basically unchanged from the same period of last year. 1.2 Live pig prices continued to slump
