随着国民经济的日益发展,人们对水土保持工作重要性的认识逐步提高。目前在水土流失区,各县都有水土保持科学试验站(下称水保站),其中有的站已建多年。在这些水保站中,由于各自的条件不同,工作内容也有差异,收集到的资料有多有少,但土壤侵蚀模数,与降雨和径流有关的资料则几乎是每站都有。这些资料或者是由于缺乏其它资料相配套,或者缺乏资料的处理方法,使得已有的材料只能束之高阁,甚至逐渐散失,使工作造成极大的浪费和损失。为此,从本文开始,试图用三篇文稿来探讨与降雨、径流有关的资料,提出初步处理这些资料的具体方法,使现有资料得以分析整理,以便为生产服务。同时通过分析整理,及时发现工作中存在的问题,便于及时改进,促进工作的深入。
With the continuous development of the national economy, people’s awareness of the importance of water and soil conservation is gradually increasing. Currently in the soil and water loss areas, all counties have soil and water conservation science experimental stations (hereinafter referred to as water conservation stations), some of which have been built for many years. Due to their different conditions and differences in work content, there are more or less information collected at these stations. However, the data on soil erosion modulus and rainfall and runoff are almost the same for each station. These materials are either lacking in other information or dealing with a lack of information. As a result, the existing materials can only be shelved or even dissipated, resulting in tremendous waste and loss of work. Therefore, starting from the beginning of this article, I try to discuss the data related to rainfall and runoff with three contributions and put forward the specific methods for handling the data initially so that the existing data can be analyzed and sorted so as to serve production. At the same time, through analyzing and sorting out, timely discovering the problems existing in the work, it is convenient to promptly improve and promote the work in depth.
