本文对国内学者最新提出的基于马克思主义政治经济学的人力资本概念进行了简要分析,并对新定义的人力资本的计量方法进行了研究。文中引入资本收益率方法作为计算人力资本价值的基本方法,借鉴固定资产折旧和维护成本的计量方法对补偿可变资本的薪酬进行计量,借鉴最优生产要素组合理论提出了人力资本期望收益率的计算方法。
This paper briefly analyzes the latest concept of human capital based on Marxist political economy proposed by domestic scholars and studies the newly defined measurement method of human capital. In this paper, the method of return on capital is introduced as the basic method to calculate the value of human capital. The method of measuring the depreciation and maintenance costs of fixed assets is used to measure the compensation of variable capital.
