通过对复摆颚式破碎机拉杆弹簧的载荷进行分析,得出拉杆弹簧所受弹簧力的计算方程式。从方程式可知,弹簧所受的力与弹簧的刚性系数、起始变形系数以及弹簧拉杆在动颚上悬挂点的长度和夹角有关。同时为了确保肘板与肘板衬座紧密贴合,以上面4个因数为设计变量,对拉杆弹簧载荷进行了优化设计。
