教育应“以人为本,和谐发展”。在构建和谐社会的新形势下,构建和谐师生关系,使每个学生都能获得健全、充分、全面的发展。由于在一个班集体中,学生素质存在着个体差异,受智力因素、学习态度等方面的影响,导致学习效果参差不齐。作为教师,要想每个学生都能取得好成绩,进一步提高教学质量,必然要援助后进生,对后进生进行转化。在转化后进生的工作中,我觉得:了解后进生,建立和谐
