目的 观察党参和丹参水煎剂对兔胸主动脉血管平滑肌条舒缩活动的影响。方法 采用离体血管张力实验法 ,观察党参和丹参对NE和KCl所致肌条收缩活动的影响及与内皮细胞之间的关系。结果 (1 ) 4 0mg/ml党参对NE和KCl所致兔胸主动脉血管平滑肌条收缩量效曲线无明显影响 ,但可抑制 1 0 - 6 mol/LNE引起的内皮完整的主动脉肌条的预收缩作用 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,去内皮或加入L -NNA后其舒张作用明显减弱 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。 (2 ) 1 0mg/ml、2 0mg/ml、40mg/ml丹参对NE和KCl所致离体主动脉平滑肌条收缩均无明显作用 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 党参对离体血管肌条有舒张作用 ,此作用依赖于内皮细胞 ,可能是通过内皮细胞释放NO而产生的 ;丹参对离体血管平滑肌条无直接舒张作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Dangshen and Danshui decoction on the vasomotor activity of rabbit thoracic aorta vascular smooth muscle strips. Methods The effect of Codonopsis pilosula and Salvia miltiorrhiza on the contractile activity of muscle strips caused by NE and KCl and the relationship with endothelial cells were observed by the method of ex vivo vascular tension. Results (1) Codonopsis pilosula at 40 mg/ml had no significant effect on the dose-response curve of rabbit thoracic aorta vascular smooth muscle strips induced by NE and KCl, but it could inhibit the integrity of endothelium-intact aortic muscle strips caused by 1 0 - 6 mol/LNE. Pre-contraction (P <0. 0 0 1) significantly decreased the diastolic effect of endothelin or L-NNA (P <0.01). (2) The effects of NE and KCl on the contraction of isolated aortic smooth muscle strips were not significantly affected by 10 mg/ml, 20 mg/ml, and 40 mg/ml salvia miltiorrhiza (P > 0.05). Conclusion Dangshen has a relaxing effect on isolated vascular muscle strips. This effect is dependent on endothelial cells and may be produced by endothelial cells releasing NO. Salvia miltiorrhiza has no direct relaxation effect on isolated vascular smooth muscle strips.
