患儿女,9岁。因发热、腮腺肿痛7天,发作性眩晕、耳鸣、耳聋2天入院。体温37.1℃,脉搏85次/min,呼吸21次/min,血压16/10kPa。双侧腮腺以耳垂为中心向前、后、下方轻度肿大,边缘不清,质韧,触痛,有弹性而无波动感。咽部轻度充血,双腮腺导管口轻度红肿。听力检查:右耳呈感音性耳聋,响度平衡试验阴性。前庭功能检查:发作时有水平性震颤,温度试验右侧低下。
Children with children, 9 years old. Due to fever, parotid gut pain for 7 days, onset of vertigo, tinnitus, deafness admitted to hospital for 2 days. Body temperature 37.1 ℃, pulse 85 beats / min, breathing 21 times / min, blood pressure 16 / 10kPa. Parotid glands to the bilateral lobes as the center forward, rear, slightly swollen under the margin, the edge is unclear, quality toughness, tenderness, flexibility and no sense of volatility. Mild throat congestion, parotid duct mouth mild swelling. Hearing tests: sensory deafness in the right ear, loudness balance test negative. Vestibular function tests: seizures when the level of tremor, lower right temperature test.
