天津港位于渤海湾西岸海河入海口,港区码头最低高程4.8米(以验潮零点起算)。在正常潮位情况下,海水不会冲淹矿头。但是遇到较强的天气系统,特别是在7—9月初的天文潮大潮期间,遇到台风侵袭黄、渤海区时,常导致潮位异常升高造成港区水灾。历史上该地区曾多次受台风影响,出现较大的台风暴潮给天津港造成巨大损失。本文讨论了天津港发生台风暴潮的基本规律及其预报问题。
Tianjin Port is located at the estuary of the Haihe River in the west coast of the Bohai Bay. The minimum elevation of the port terminals is 4.8 meters (counting from zero at the tide of the tide). Under normal tide conditions, seawater will not flood the head of mine. However, when encountering a strong weather system, especially during the astronomical tide during the early days of July-September, a typhoon hit the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea area, which often resulted in abnormally high tide levels and caused floods in the port area. Historically, the area has repeatedly been affected by the typhoon. A large typhoon storm caused huge losses to Tianjin Port. This article discusses the basic rules of typhoon storm surges in Tianjin Port and their forecast problems.
