用人工配制的半纯化低钼词料喂饲大鼠5周,其红细胞NADH-细胞色素b_5高铁血红蛋白还原酶(NADH-b5-MHbK)活力下降。补钼1.0和5.0mg/kg可使其活力明显上升。对低钼组、低钼补钼0.1mg/kg组和低钼补钼1.0mg/kg组大鼠红细胞NADH-b_5-MHbR活力和钼含量的相关性分析结果表明,两者呈明显正相关。结合反复失血实验结果,提出此酶可能是一种新的含钼酶或是依赖于钼的酶。
