目的 探讨不同喂养方式对极低出生体质量儿喂养耐受性以及胃泌素水平的影响.方法 60例极低出生体质量儿按照入院先后顺序分为2组.对照组给予持续鼻饲喂养,观察组运用间断鼻饲

目的 探讨不同喂养方式对极低出生体质量儿喂养耐受性以及胃泌素水平的影响.方法 60例极低出生体质量儿按照入院先后顺序分为2组.对照组给予持续鼻饲喂养,观察组运用间断鼻饲喂养.比较2组的治疗效果.结果 观察组出现不耐受性的概率显著低于对照组,胃泌素水平较对照组高（P＜0.05）.结论 给予极低出生体质量儿间断鼻饲喂养,可以提高患儿的喂养耐受性,改善胃泌素水平,增强治疗效果.
