研究骨胶胶黏剂的改性方法,旨在制备出一种常温下使用的新型骨胶胶黏剂,并利用红外光谱对改性产物进行了表征。以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,采用酸解、共聚交联的方法,合成出了一种改型骨胶胶黏剂。研究结果表明,在酸解温度为60℃,酸解时间为30 min,共聚交联温度为50℃,交联剂用量为胶量10%,接枝共聚时间为90 min时,制备的改性胶黏剂具有良好的粘接性能。新型胶黏剂还具有常温下为液态、使用方便、粘接强度高且无毒环保等优点。
In this paper, the modification method of bone glue adhesive is studied in order to prepare a new bone glue adhesive which is used at room temperature. The modified product is characterized by infrared spectroscopy. Using epichlorohydrin as cross-linking agent and acid hydrolysis, copolymerization cross-linking method, a modified bone glue adhesive was synthesized. The results show that when the acid hydrolysis temperature is 60 ℃, the acidolysis time is 30 min, the copolymerization crosslinking temperature is 50 ℃, the amount of crosslinking agent is 10% and the graft copolymerization time is 90 min, the preparation is modified Adhesives have good bonding properties. The new adhesive also has a liquid at room temperature, easy to use, high bonding strength and non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
