以Q235钢为母材,使用脉冲燃烧型焊条进行手工自蔓延立焊试验,观测了焊弧长度对熔敷效果、熔深和接头拉伸强度的影响,并通过高速摄影观察了焊弧长度增加时焊弧的变化规律。结果表明,当焊弧长度小于3 mm时,焊接母材极易被烧穿,基本不能形成有效焊道;当焊弧长度大于3 mm时,随着焊弧长度增加,熔池熔深减小,焊道力学性能减弱。试验确定应用脉冲燃烧型焊条焊接时的最佳焊弧长度约为3 mm。
Using Q235 steel as the base material, the pulse self-propagating vertical welding test was carried out using pulsed combustion electrode.
