一、电子保密技术正在成为国际上通信保密技术发展的主流自古以来,通信保密技术有两大类。一种类型保持所传消息的原始形态,其保密手段是对信道加以保护不为他人所截取或设法避开别人的耳目而将消息送至对方,不为无关人员所发现。其原始形式是专人送信(或密使)以及发展为技术形式的密写、缩微摄影、专线、专网、地缆、光缆、保密电缆等。可以称之为信道保密的类型。另一种类型则是利用一般的不免为他人所记录截取的信道,可以称之为信息保密类型。其原始形式是暗号、密语、以后发展为密码报、保密电话以及保密的数据、图像等等。在实用上往往是二者并用,
