汉语文本的电脑校对与人工校对之比较

简述汉语文本电脑校对的产生与发展,以及校对工作的一般过程与方法。分别从校对的主体和客体、判别依据、工作方式及校对结果等方面对人工校对和电脑校对的特点进行分析。结果表明,对于字和词的校对,电脑校对具有优势;在辨别语法、逻辑、知识性错误方面,电脑校对不如人工校对;对于科技文稿、古籍、版面格式错误等,电脑校对结果还不尽如人意。只有电脑校对与人工校对有效地结合,发挥各自的校对优势,才能最大限度地降低差错率,提高出版质量。 Briefly describe the generation and development of Chinese text proofreading and the general process and method of proofreading. The author analyzes the characteristics of manual proofreading and computer proofreading from the aspects of the subject and object of proofreading, the basis of discrimination, the way of work and the result of proofreading. The results show that computer proofreading has advantages for word and word proofreading; computer proofreading is not as good as manual proofreading in terms of grammar, logic and knowledge errors; and computer proofreading results are not as good as scientific manuscripts, ancient books, layout errors, etc. Intentions. Only computer proofreading and manual proofreading effectively combine their own proofreading advantages, in order to minimize the error rate and improve the quality of publishing.
