目的:确定复方儿茶止泻霜最佳基质配比。方法:通过正交设计实验,采用高效液相色谱法,以外观和儿茶素为检测指标,确定霜剂基质最佳配比。结果:复方儿茶止泻霜的最佳基质配方为:硬脂酸12.0 g,单硬脂酸甘油酯5.5g,三乙醇胺0.2 g,液体石蜡10.0 g,凡士林5.0 g,羊毛脂19.5 g,甘油10.0 g,尼泊金乙酯0.5 g,蒸馏水50.0 mL。结论:该配比基质所制得的霜剂质量稳定,有效成分含量高。
Objective: To determine the best matrix compound catechu anti-diarrhea cream. Methods: Through the orthogonal design experiment, using high performance liquid chromatography with the appearance and catechin as the detection index, the optimal proportion of cream matrix was determined. Results: The optimum formula of compound catechin anti-diarrhea cream was: stearic acid 12.0 g, glyceryl monostearate 5.5 g, triethanolamine 0.2 g, liquid paraffin 10.0 g, petrolatum 5.0 g, lanolin 19.5 g, glycerol 10.0 g, ethyl paraben 0.5 g, and distilled water 50.0 mL. Conclusion: The cream prepared by the matching matrix has stable quality and high content of active ingredients.
