目的建立铁棒锤不定根的诱导及增殖培养体系。方法通过组织培养的方法,考察不同诱导方法对铁棒锤不定根诱导及增殖情况的影响。结果 MS+吲哚-3-丁酸(IBA)2.5 mg·L-1+6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)0.5 mg·L-1+聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)1.0 g·L-1为最适愈伤组织诱导培养基,MS+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1+PVP 1.0 g·L-1为最适不定根诱导培养基,MS+IBA0.5 mg·L-1+PVP 1.0 g·L-1为最适不定根增殖培养基。结论基本建立了铁棒锤不定根的诱导及增殖培养体系,为铁棒锤深层次的资源开发及利用提供了一种新途径。
OBJECTIVE To establish adventitious root induction and proliferation culture system of iron hammer. Methods Tissue culture method was used to investigate the effects of different induction methods on adventitious root induction and proliferation of Rhizoma. Results MS + indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) 2.5 mg · L -1 + 6-BAA 0.5 mg · L -1 + polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) 1.0 g · L -1 The optimal culture medium for callus induction was MS + IBA 0.5 mg · L -1 + PVP 1.0 g · L-1, and MS + IBA 0.5 mg · L -1 + PVP 1.0 g · L -1 is the best adventitious root proliferation medium. Conclusion The establishment of adventitious root induction and proliferation culture system of Basilar barley basically provided a new way for resource development and utilization at the deep level.
