目的:对裂叶荆芥[Schizonepetamulifida(L.)Briq.]芥穗的化学成分析进行研究。方法:利用溶剂提取和硅胶、聚酰胺、活性炭柱层析进行分离。结果:得到3个化合物,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。其中1个为已知成分即脱氢枞油烯(dehydrosylvestrene,V),另2个为新成分,分别命名为新壬四酸(neoenneaanetetraoicacid,Ⅶ)、3亚胺基N氮代乙酰胺基丁内酰胺(3iminoNnitrogensubstitutedacetamidocyclicbutyamide,Ⅷ)。结论:3个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。另外还得到1个正高级烷烃混合物,经GCMS分析证明内含十七种正碳烷
Purpose: Schizonepetamulifida (L.) Briq. ] Chemical analysis of mustard ear was studied. Methods: Solvent extraction and silica gel, polyamide, activated carbon column chromatography separation. RESULTS: Three compounds were obtained and their structures were identified based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data. One of them is known as dehydroshendiolerene (V), and the other two are new components. They are named as neoenneaanetetraoic acid (VII), 3-imino-N-nitrogen Amino-butyrolactam (3-imino-N-nitrogenacetamidocyclicbutyamide, VIII). Conclusion: All three compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time. In addition, a mixture of normal higher alkanes was also obtained, and GC-MS analysis proved that it contains 17 types of n-alkanes.
