最近;关于香菇子实体的研究报告指出,段木要达到适当的腐朽度才能产生香菇。本文研究了菇木中香菇菌丝的含量,及其在产菇时的作用。实验采用鸟取菌蕈研究所的TMI-563号香菇菌种,该菌种在自然条件下春天出菇。三月接种到枹栎段木上(直径6~12厘米,长100厘米),然后排在林地上进行常规栽培。一月把接种后1~6年的菇木锯成二段(长30厘米和70厘米),较长的一段在自来水中浸24小时,刺激它出菇。将菇木置于5~15℃的塑料房中,采收的子实体放在50~60℃的热风干燥箱中完
