该机利用磁力、脉动流体力分选细粒弱磁性矿物,具有富集比大、不易堵塞、适应性强的优点。本文介绍该机的结构、工作原理及其在马钢姑山铁矿的应用情况。我所与中南工业大学合作曾于1987年研制出Slon-1000立环脉动高梯度磁选机,并在马钢姑出铁矿选厂分选细粒赤铁矿取得良好指标。为了满足大中型选厂需要,我所于1989年又研制出Slon-1500立环脉动高梯度磁选机(下称Slon-1500机),同年6月在姑山铁矿选
The machine uses magnetic force, pulsating fluid force separation of fine-grained weak magnetic minerals, with enrichment ratio, easy to block, adaptability advantages. This article describes the structure of the aircraft, working principle and its application in the Magang Iron and Steel Gushan. I worked with Central South University of Technology in 1987 developed Slon-1000 vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator, and Magang iron ore processing plant sorting fine hematite to obtain good indicators.
