根据相关调查显示,大学生在四年的本科时间里“阶段性”划分是比较明显的,在各个阶段都有不同的心理和精神需要。那么在开展大学生思想教育及推进学生支部建设中,也要正视这一规律。中国人民大学信息学院党委针对大学生成长的这一阶段性特点,按照“教—练—用”工作程序,逐步推进班级支部建设工作,促进了学生党员思想政治教育工作。
