自2011年6月,中海油渤海油田漏油事故发生以来,围绕蓬莱19-3油田漏油的种种争论在国内引起了政府、媒体和民众的广泛关注,尤其是其对海洋环境的污染,更是成为了舆论的焦点问题。去年,美国墨西哥湾发生重大漏油事故,并造成严重环境污染的时候,我们也许更多的是充当“看客”角色,但当石油泄漏造成的污染就发生在我国渤海湾地区的时候,人们不禁惊叹,“原来海洋石油污染离我们并不遥远”。面对常态化的海洋石油污染,首要的是充分认清其对海洋环境造成的严重危害,不断强化忧患意识和环保意识。
