本文提出了苹果中微量钙的快速测定法,方法快速、简便、准确,分析时间从16～20小时减少到1～2小时,样品分析结果与千灰化法和HNO_3——HClO_4湿消化法结果相符。
In this paper, a rapid determination method of trace calcium in apple was proposed. The method was rapid, simple and accurate, and the analysis time was reduced from 16 to 20 hours to 1 to 2 hours. The results of the analysis of the samples were similar to those of the ashing method and the wet digestion method of HNO3 - HClO4 Match.
