日前,国务院总理李克强主持召开国务院常务会议,部署加快推进价格改革,更大程度让市场定价;决定实施普遍性降费,进一步为企业特别是小微企业减负添力。会议强调,大力减轻企业特别是小微企业负担,降低大众创业成本,加快万众创新步伐,要在着力落实好定向减税政策的同时,实施普遍性降费。会议决定,减免涉及小微企业、养老、医疗和高校毕业生就业等的收费和基金。从明年1月1日起实施四项具体降费措施,每年将减轻企业和个人负担400多亿元。
