药品说明书是药品特点和使用的文书。可使购药单位、医务人员和病人全面的了解所用药品。目前的药品说明书有些存在如下不足之处:(1)、有少数药物没有说明书,或虽有说明书但过于简单笼统。特别是新药特药尤甚。(2)、某些复方制剂未注明组方成分,容易造成用药上的重复。(3)、有的说明书不够实事求是,盲目扩大用药范围,肆意吹捧和夸张其疗效,甚至因此而纵售假药、劣药,弄虚作假,坑害人民。(4)、药物不良反应各药都有,只是轻重不同。无论如何轻微,都要介绍。有的说明书对毒副作用避而不谈或轻描淡写,致用药后产生不良后果。为使药物安全、有效、合理地发挥防病治病的
