目的:建立白石英的X射线衍射(X ray diffraction,XRD)谱及拉曼指纹特征图谱,为白石英的真伪鉴别提供新方法。方法:对15批白石英及其伪品样品进行性状、化学组分、XRD图谱及拉曼光谱分析,以10批白石英正品样品XRD共有特征峰作XRD指纹峰,以拉曼光谱共有特征峰作拉曼指纹峰,并进行相似度评价。结果:XRD分析表明1~10号样品为正品白石英,11号为掺伪品,12~15号为伪品。10批白石英正品样品的XRD图谱在晶面间距(d/10~(-1) nm)4.24,3.335,2.45,2.28,1.81,1.54附近有6个共有峰(相对强度≥5%),为白石英XRD指纹峰。10批白石英正品样品的拉曼光谱在拉曼位移128,206,355,464.5cm~(-1)附近有4个共有峰(相对强度≥5%),为白石英拉曼指纹特征峰。相似度评价表明,正品样品XRD图谱与平均图谱相关系数≥98.68%,余弦值≥98.94%,正品样品拉曼图谱与其平均数图谱相关系数≥99.30%,余弦值≥99.62%。掺伪品及伪品XRD及拉曼图谱与相应的平均数图谱相关系数和余弦值均小于正品。所建立的白石英XRD和拉曼指纹图谱可准确区分正品、伪品及掺伪品。结论:XRD图谱可准确分析白石英的物相组成,为白石英的拉曼光谱鉴定方法提供准确的原始样品数据。拉曼光谱鉴别白石英具有很好的专属性,可作为一种快速、准确区分白石英及其伪品的方法。
Objective: To establish X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectra and Raman fingerprints of white quartz and provide a new method for the authenticity identification of white quartz. Methods: Fifteen batches of white quartz and its counterfeit samples were characterized by XRD, XRD and Raman spectra. XRD fingerprints of the XRD peaks of 10 batches of genuine white quartz samples were analyzed by XRD. Raman fingerprinting, and the similarity evaluation. Results: XRD analysis showed that samples Nos. 1 to 10 were genuine white quartz, No. 11 was adulterated and No. 12 to No. 15 was counterfeit. The XRD patterns of 10 samples of white quartz were 6 common peaks (relative intensity≥5%) around 4.24,3.335,2.45,2.28,1.81,1.54 at interplanar spacing (d / 10 ~ (-1) nm) White quartz XRD fingerprint peak. Raman spectra of 10 samples of white quartz genuine samples show four common peaks (relative intensity≥5%) around the Raman shifts of 128,206,355,464.5cm -1, which are the characteristic peaks of Raman fingerprints of white quartz. The similarity evaluation showed that the correlation coefficient between XRD pattern and average pattern of genuine sample was ≥98.68% and the cosine value was ≥98.94%. The correlation coefficient between the Raman map of normal sample and its average was ≥99.30% and the cosine value was ≥99.62%. Adulterated counterfeit goods and counterfeit goods XRD and Raman map with the corresponding average number of correlation coefficient and cosine are less than genuine. The established quartz white XRD and Raman fingerprinting can accurately distinguish genuine, counterfeit and adulterated goods. Conclusion: XRD patterns can accurately analyze the phase composition of white quartz and provide accurate raw sample data for Raman spectroscopic identification of white quartz. Raman spectroscopy identifies white quartz has a very good specificity, can be used as a quick and accurate method to distinguish between white quartz and its counterfeit.
