宫内节育器为计划生育的一项重要避孕措施,而绝经后妇女取环困难,成为临床上比较棘手的问题。绝经后妇女因生殖及内分泌功能的减退,导致生殖器官不同程度的萎缩,造成取环困难、环嵌顿或失败。近年来我院门诊对绝经妇女于米索前列醇片400 mg口服后再行取环,效果满意,现报道如下
