初识国培我害羞、胆怯,不敢与人交谈。慢慢地,我发现,国培中有经验丰富的专家们,有认真负责的班主任,有热情互助的同学。国培这一学习平台,让大家共同学习,相互交流,取长补短,共同提高。通过学习,使我明白了网上学习的重要和快捷。网络研修让我提高了专业素养,提升了教学理念,丰富了专业理论知识。眼界开阔了;思考问题能站在更高的角度;许多疑问得到了解决;业务素质得到了很大的提升,我每一天都在进步。一、教学离不开专业引领
I learned shijiapei shy, timid, afraid to talk with people.
