伴随着社会主义新农村进程的推进,不少高校毕业生选择走进农村,在农村发展工作,为农村注入了一股新鲜的血液,其中,大学生村官到村入职一时成为社会的热点话题,大学生村官的到来,在自身投入农村工作的同时,为村民的思想政治教育提供了一个重要的活动主体。文章从大学生村官自身的工作出发,概述了大学生村官为村民实施思想政治教育的特色,探讨了大学生村官工作中思想政治教育功能以及其中的问题,并提出了一些建议和意见,以供参考。
