县级财政监督部门是公共财政体制逐步建立和财政改革不断深入的忠诚卫士,认真履行完善财政管理、深化财政改革、严格预算分配、保障政策执行、加强增收节支、维护财经秩序的监督职责,对深化县域现代化建设,提升县级经济地位和凸显县级财政监督的地位和影响力都有着至关重要的意义。本文就目前县级财政监督存在的难点及问题及加强县级财政监督的对策与建议等方面进行探讨。
The county-level financial supervision department is a loyal guardian gradually establishing a public financial system and deepening financial reform. It earnestly performs its duties of supervising and improving financial management, deepening fiscal reform, strictly allocating budget, guaranteeing policy implementation, strengthening revenue and reducing expenditure, and maintaining financial and economic order. It is of vital importance to deepen the county modernization, enhance the county-level economic status and highlight the status and influence of county-level financial supervision. This article discusses the current difficulties and problems of county-level financial supervision and countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening county-level financial supervision.
