三十烷醇[CH_3(CH_2)_(28)CH_2OH]是自然界中普遍存在的生物代谢产物,又称蜂花醇,是一种极性不高的长碳链脂肪醇。它以高级脂肪酸脂的形式存在于植物蜡和虫蜡中。蜂蜡的主要成分即为棕榈酸三十烷醇脂。糖蜡、蔗蜡、白蜡等均含有一定量的三十烷醇。苜蓿、玉米、棉花、草莓、茶等以及蔬菜、水果中也都含有三十烷醇。早在三十年代国外就有人开始从生物蜡中分离出三十烷醇。但过去仅作为一种有机化学试剂而应用。三十烷醇作为一种植物生长调节剂问世,只是近年来的事。
Triacontanol [CH_3 (CH_2) _ (28) CH_2OH] is a ubiquitous biological metabolite in nature, also known as flea alcohol, is a long-chain fatty alcohols with low polarity. It is present in plant waxes and insect waxes as higher fatty acid esters. The main component of beeswax is triacontanoyl palmitate. Sugar wax, cane wax, white wax, etc. contain a certain amount of triacontanol. Alfalfa, corn, cotton, strawberries, tea, vegetables and fruits also contain triacontanol. As early as the thirties abroad, some people started to separate the triacontanol from biological wax. However, it was used as an organic chemical reagent in the past. Triacontanol came out as a plant growth regulator, only in recent years.
