为满足光学纤维面板生产厂、研究所和计量站的检测需要,我们分别研制了DX-1、DX-921和DXZ-901三种型号的光纤板刀口响应测试仪。本文针对测试精度最高的DXZ-901型仪器进行误差分析,首先给出光纤板刀口响应的曲线拟合,然后分析和计算该测试仪的扫描误差、光度测量误差和狭缝影响等误差因素及其误差贡献,并将测试仪的有关参数代入,最后得出该测试仪的刀口响应的总不确定度,以便对仪器的测值可信度有个理论上的估计。
In order to meet the testing needs of optical fiber panel manufacturing plants, research institutes and metering stations, we have respectively developed three types of fiber optic plate edge response testers: DX-1, DX-921 and DXZ-901. In this paper, the error analysis of the DXZ-901 instrument with the highest testing accuracy is carried out. Firstly, the curve fitting of the blade response of the fiber-optic plate is given. Then the error factors such as scanning error, photometric error and slit influence of the tester are analyzed and calculated. Error contribution, and the relevant parameters of the tester into the final draw of the tester’s total uncertainty of the knife-edge response in order to test the reliability of the instrument has a theoretical estimate.
