目的观察CD36功能肽段YRVRYLAKENITQDPEDH(93-110)对小鼠实验性矽肺纤维化是否有阻抑作用。方法将小鼠按体重随机分为4组:生理盐水组、SiO2模型组、CD36功能肽段组[YRVRYLAKENITQDPEDH(93-110)]、CD36对照肽段组[TVDGVYKVFNGKDNISKV(208-225)]。采用暴露式气管内注入法染尘,分别于7、14、21 d处死动物,测定小鼠肺脏器系数和采用免疫组织化学染色法测定肺组织中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的表达。结果在染尘后14 d、21 d时,小鼠肺脏器系数和Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的表达明显低于SiO2模型组和CD36对照肽段组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CD36功能肽段(93-110)对小鼠实验性矽肺纤维化具有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To observe whether CD36 functional peptide YRVRYLAKENITQDPEDH (93-110) inhibits experimental silicosis in mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight: saline group, SiO2 model group, CD36 functional peptide group [YRVRYLAKENITQDPEDH (93-110)] and CD36 control peptide group [TVDGVYKVFNGKDNISKV (208-225)]. The exposed endotracheal intratracheal inoculation method was used to infect the dust. The animals were sacrificed at 7, 14, and 21 days respectively. The lung coefficient of the mice was measured and the expression of type I and type III collagen in lung tissue was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results At 14 d and 21 d after dying, the lung coefficient and collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ in mice were significantly lower than those in SiO2 model group and CD36 control group (P <0.05). Conclusion CD36 functional peptide (93-110) has obvious inhibitory effect on experimental silicotic fibrosis in mice.
