为了解决在WiFi(无线保真)拥塞热点实现QoS(服务质量)保障,介绍一种依托RACS(资源接纳控制子系统)架构进行用户QoS保障的方法:通过RACS与WiFi网管和AAA(认证、授权、计费)交互找到拥塞AP(接入点)下在线用户MAC(媒体接入控制)地址,通过与CRM(客户关系管理)和AAA交互后识别出拥塞AP下的在线VIP用户MAC地址,由此对拥塞AP下的VIP用户提高优先级,从而保障VIP用户端到端的QoS。经现网测试验证是提升用户QoE(体验质量)的有效手段。
In order to solve the QoS (Quality of Service) guarantee in WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) congestion hotspot, this paper introduces a method of user QoS guarantee based on RACS (Resource Admission Control Subsystem) architecture: through RACS and WiFi network management and AAA (Authentication, Authorization , Accounting) to find the MAC address of the online user under the congested AP (access point), and identify the online VIP user MAC address under the congested AP by interacting with the CRM (customer relationship management) and AAA, This prioritizes the VIP users under the congested AP to protect the end-to-end QoS of VIP users. Verification by the live network is an effective way to enhance QoE (Quality of Experience) of users.
