为了提升依法治企水平,加强风险防范,北京市电力公司自2011年组织开展了基层供电公司法律风险防范体系建设工作。目前,该项工作的第一阶段即风险评估工作已经顺利完成,形成了一批建设成果,为下阶段风险防控工作奠定了坚实的基础。这项工作自启动以来,受到了各级领导的高度重视。国家电网公司对体系建设取得的成果给予充分肯定,要求北京市电力公司注重发挥风险防范典型的引领作用。2012年北京市电力公司已将法律风险防范体系建设列为重点工作任务。
In order to enhance the level of corporate governance according to law and strengthen risk prevention, Beijing Power Company organized the construction of the legal risk prevention system for grass-roots power supply companies since 2011. At present, the first phase of the work, that is, the risk assessment work has been successfully completed, has resulted in a number of construction achievements, laying a solid foundation for risk prevention and control in the next stage. Since its launch, this work has received great attention from leaders at all levels. The State Grid Corporation fully affirmed the achievements made in system construction and demanded that Beijing Electric Power Company pay attention to exerting the typical leading role of risk prevention. In 2012, Beijing Electric Power Company has listed the legal risk prevention system as a key task.
