读了贵刊第5期刊登的建国饭店黄金岐同志八年如一日干好本职工作,做好“不起眼、没报酬、人后事”的事迹,深受启发。黄金岐作为90年代的青年,而且工作在四星级饭店,应当说条件是优厚的。但是,他不但没有奢望金钱、地位,反而是以雷锋的精神贯穿于自己的一言一行中,热忱为每一位顾客服务,诚心帮助身边的同事,这是当代青年人应当学习的。青年人的成长,是受客观环境影响的。比如对“拜金主义”、“关系学”的崇尚,阻滞了一些青年人勤学上进、脚踏实地奉献在岗位的积极性。但笔者认为,主观因素更为重要,这就是树立什么样的人生观、价值观的问题。
