陕西省第十一届人民代表大会常务委员会第九次会议,分别听取和审议了发改委和财政厅《关于我省2009年1-6月份国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况的报告以及关于我省2009年1-6月份财政预算执行情况的报告》。面对复杂多变的国内外发展环境和经济发展中遇到的种种困难,我省及时果断采取“五个千方百计”的有力措施,攻坚克难,扭转了经济增长一度下滑的局面,保持了持续较快发展的良好势头,取得全省生产总值完成3187亿元,增长11.8%,比一季度提高1.6个百分点的成绩。审议时委员们从维护最广大人民的根本利益出发,分析和思考当前存在问题,根据统筹兼顾经济建设、政治建设、社会建设等各方面的利益诉求,提出了国民经济和社会发展计划以及财政预算执行情况是良性互动刚刚开始,尽管国际金融危机仍在加深和蔓延,但我省经济保持平稳较快发展的总体格局,没有因为突如其来的危机而改变。随着这些政策的逐步落实到位,我省经济经历严冬的考验后,希望会在下轮经济增长周期中进发出更加强大的活力。
