陕西省水利水保厅,省地下水工作队根据合同要求对渭南、宝鸡、咸阳等地(市)1986年机井测改工作进行了全面验收。1986年各地对机井测改工作加强领导,在落实任务、培训技术骨干、狠抓典型、保证工程进度和质量、建立管理服务体系、完善管理责任制等方面作了大量工作,全年测改机井任务220.0眼,实际完成2900眼,改造任务2000眼,完成2331眼,并建成示范井12眼,改善井灌面积18.6万亩。经过测改的机井,经济效益显著提高,单井千吨米能耗平均由改前的11.57度降低到7.49度,降低4.08度:装置效率由改前的23.5%提高到36.4%,增加了12.9%。衬砌渠道181公里,渠系水利
