介绍了测试微机数控缠绕机性能的方法及测试软件的编制，分析了在测试中必须解决的分频比圆整误差及总微段数圆整误差的产生机理，并提出了消除这些误差的方法。
The method of testing the performance of computerized numerical control winding machine and the compilation of the testing software are introduced. The rounding error of the frequency dividing ratio and the rounding error of the total number of micro - segments which must be solved in the test are analyzed. The methods to eliminate these errors are also proposed.
