软X-射线摄影术,测定棉花种子饱满度的研究

本试验应用软X-射线摄影术,鉴定5种不同比重级(<0.9,0.9~1.0,1.0~1.05,1.05~1.09,>1.09)棉花种子饱满度。结果表明:随着比重级的增加,单粒重的增大,种子饱满度相应提高,>1.0比重级棉种饱满度均可达80%以上,<0.9比重级种子饱满度仅达57.9%。棉种主要理化特性,发芽生理,以及出苗等生理生化指标,亦均随种子饱满度提高而增大。(相关分析表明,种子饱满度与发芽率两者相关达到显著水平(r=0.937~*),与简化活力指数(r=0.956~(**))出苗率(r=0.988~(**))达到极显著水平。)因此,软X-射线,可准确地鉴定棉种饱满度,是提高棉子种用品质较为理想的检验技术。 In this study, soft X-ray photography was used to identify cotton plumpness in five different specific gravity grades (<0.9, 0.9-1.0, 1.0-1.05, 1.05-1.09,> 1.09). The results showed that with the increase of specific gravity, the seed fullness increased with the increase of single grain weight. The plumpness of> 1.0 gravimetric cotton varieties could all reach more than 80%, while that of <0.9 graded seed scale was only 57.9%. The main physical and chemical properties of cotton, germination physiology, and the emergence of other physiological and biochemical indicators, also increased with fullness of seeds increased. (Correlation analysis showed that the correlation between seed fullness and germination rate reached significant level (r = 0.937 ~ *), and the simplified vitality index (r = 0.956 ~ (**) ) Reached very significant level.) Therefore, the soft X-ray can accurately identify cotton fullness, is to improve the quality of cotton seed quality inspection techniques.
