工程竣工结算是承包方最终实现合同目的的关键环节一般而言,工程结算关系着业主和承包商最切身的利益,由于双方的立场不同在结算时业主和承包商就形成了对立统一的关系双方的对立性表现在业主力求以最少的投入获得最大的长处,结算时会尽可能的压低工程造价而承包方为了获得最大的经济效益会尽力的抬高工程造价双方的统一性体现在双方都想顺利的把工程结算工作完成以实现各自的经济目标。
Project completion settlement is the key link for the contractor to ultimately realize the contract. In general, the project settlement concerns the most important interests of the owner and the contractor. Because the two parties have different positions, the owners and the contractor form a unified relationship. The opposite performance is achieved when the owner strives to obtain the greatest advantage with the least investment. When the settlement is made, the construction cost will be reduced as much as possible. The contractor will try its best to raise the cost of the project. Smoothly complete the project settlement work to achieve their respective economic goals.
