随着国家经济体制改革的不断深入,企业集团面临的环境也在不断发生变化。要想在激烈的竞争中求发展,必须全面加强管理,尤其是必须进一步强化集团财务管理。企业集团财务管理弱化,不但将直接影响企业集团整体经济效益的提高,同时也将直接影响行业宏观调控的效果。企业集团只有把财务管理工作搞好,才能适应行业宏观调控的要求,才能有利于监督机制的完善,才能促进企业的健康发展。因此必须从强化企业集团的财务管理入手,具体而言:
