目的探讨手术室护理带教方法及效果。方法将我院2015年1月~12月30例手术室护生作为研究对象,采取随机分成两组的方式,每组15名护生,分别命名为观察组和对照组。对对照组护生采用传统带教法,对观察组护生采用小组学习带教法,对比两组护生带教的效果。结果观察组护生理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩以及对带教工作的满意率均高于对照组护生。结论将小组学习带教法应用于手术室护理带教工作中效果显著,可进行广泛推广。“,”Objective To investigate the operating room nursing teaching method and effect.
