高职院校在新形势下如何不断创新学生管理模式,无锡科技职业学院从区位环境、培养目标、服务面向的要求出发,推进学生“外企化”管理,作出了有益的探索。通过模拟管理、模拟氛围、模拟文化、模拟评估,寓“外企化”管理于学生的思想修养、组织纪律、行为习惯、文明礼貌、人际交往、学习、生活和活动等各个方面,努力培养符合外资企业人才素质要求的应用型、技能型人才,取得了初步的成效。
Under the new situation, how to continuously innovate the student management mode in higher vocational colleges. Wuxi Vocational College of Science and Technology promotes the students “foreign-funded enterprise ” management from the requirements of the location environment, training objectives and services, and makes useful explorations. Through the management of simulation, the simulation of the atmosphere, the simulation of culture, the simulation and evaluation, the concept of “foreign-funded enterprises” is managed in all aspects of student’s ideological cultivation, discipline, behavior, politeness, interpersonal communication, learning, living and activities.
