在我国发展社会主义市场经济阶段,对我国国有企业的改革与发展有了新的要求,而对于国有企业中,基层政工干部的工作状态关系到国企的发展与改革制度的基层完善工作。在社会主义现代化建设中,国企的发展是非常关键的因素之一,而对国企的发挥其促进作用的就是基层政工干部,因此国企基层政工干部建设是发展社会主义市场经济的新的要求。
The development of socialist market economy in our country has new requirements for the reform and development of state-owned enterprises in our country. For the state-owned enterprises, the work status of grass-roots political cadres is related to the improvement of grassroots work of the development and reform of state-owned enterprises. In the process of socialist modernization, the development of state-owned enterprises is one of the most crucial factors. However, the promotion of state-owned enterprises is the grass-roots cadres at the grassroots level. Therefore, the building of grass-roots political and military cadres at state-owned enterprises is a new demand for the development of a socialist market economy.
