去年以来,石家庄市第一塑料厂实行满负荷工作法的经验,得到了中央领导同志的充分肯定,在全国引起了较大反响。不少企业正在积极组织学习、研究和推广。企业的财会部门在学习推广满负荷工作法中,如何与当前的财会改革、完善、充实财会管理职能,加强资金、成本、费用的拉制管理等工作结合起来,是一个需要探索的问题。为此,本刊特约请石家庄市第一塑料厂财务科科长焦瑞学和副科长石兰英同志把他们几年来的工作作一个介绍,在本期刊登,供读者参考。
Since last year, Shijiazhuang No.1 Plastic Factory’s full-load working experience has been fully affirmed by the central leading comrades and aroused great repercussions across the country. Many enterprises are actively organizing learning, research and promotion. In the course of studying and popularizing the law of full load, how to combine with the current reform of finance and accounting, improve and enrich the management functions of finance and accounting, and strengthen the management of capital, cost and expenses is an issue that needs to be explored. To this end, we specifically invite Shijiazhuang City, the first Plastic Factory Chief Financial Officer Jiao Ruixue and Deputy Chief Shi Lanying comrades over their work for years to make an introduction, published in the current issue, for readers reference.
