编辑同志: 目前由于部分药品在医疗需要上常不能得到滿足。药房虽尽力到处採購,但仍常常感到今天缺这样,明天缺那样。过去我把这种責任全部都推到药品供应部門——医药公司的身上,現在听了一些报告和各地同志的反映以后才知道,我的看法是片面的、不客观的。部分药品不能滿足供应需要的主要原因,是我們制药生产率的提高赶不上消費需要的增長,同时进口方面也有一定的限制与困难,因此有些药品供应不足甚至一时脫銷的現象,恐怕不是短
