目的建立以盐酸消化体系用火焰原子吸收法测定工作场所空气中锡及化合物的方法。方法将微孔滤膜在浓盐酸条件下消化,火焰原子吸收法测定锡浓度。结果锡浓度在0μg/ml~160μg/ml时线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 3,方法检出限为0.32μg/ml。低、中、高不同浓度锡标准溶液的回收率分别为99.0%、102.0%、99.2%,相对标准偏差均<5.0%。结论本方法灵敏度高、干扰少、简便、快速、准确,适用于工作场所空气中锡及化合物的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of tin and its compounds in the air by flame atomic absorption spectrometry in the digestive system of hydrochloric acid. Methods The microporous membrane was digested in concentrated hydrochloric acid and the concentration of tin was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The linearity of tin concentration was good at 0μg / ml ~ 160μg / ml with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 3 and the detection limit of 0.32μg / ml. The recoveries of low, middle and high concentration tin standard solutions were 99.0%, 102.0% and 99.2%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were all less than 5.0%. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, less interference, simple, rapid and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of tin and compounds in the air of the workplace.
