本文叙述空军导弹研制中心制导试验管理部门试验加速度表分系统用的各种方法。这些标准试验用来确定一假定性能模型系数的大小、稳定性与可重复性。这一模型形式如下: 加速度表输出(φ)是用沿三个垂直轴(a_1,a_p,a_0)的加速度输入以及从试验数据估算的系数值(K′)来描述的。这些试验在分度架与离心机上借助试验箱、振动器以及环境变化的线性加速器来进行。典型试验计划包括两点试验、四点试验、多点试验、离心机试验以及参数变化试验。通过整个试验系列,可以测得性能的稳定性与可重复性(包括环境试验)。数据获取周期为100秒时,利用这些试验用的设备即可测得加速度表分系统的稳定性与可重复性,精度不超过±1μg。
This article describes various methods used by the Air Force Missile Research Center to guide the test management department to test the accelerometer subsystems. These standard tests are used to determine the size, stability, and repeatability of a coefficient of a hypothetical performance model. The form of this model is as follows: The accelerometer output (φ) is described by the acceleration inputs along three vertical axes (a_1, a_p, a_0) and the coefficient values (K ’) estimated from the experimental data. These tests were carried out on an index stand and a centrifuge with a test chamber, a vibrator, and a linear accelerator of varying environmental conditions. Typical test plans include two-point test, four-point test, multi-point test, centrifuge test, and parameter change test. Through the entire test series, you can measure the performance of the stability and repeatability (including environmental testing). Data acquisition cycle of 100 seconds, the use of these experimental devices can be measured accelerometer subsystem stability and repeatability, accuracy of not more than ± 1μg.
