用芳纶纸基材料制备的蜂窝结构材料是一种重要的航空材料。由于芳纶纤维自身的结构特点使其在水介质中易絮聚,纤维的分散性能成为影响纸页成形和纸页强度的重要因素之一。作为一种高性能的航空材料,匀度尤为重要,而由于纸张和浆料复杂性给跨学科研究带来了极大的困难。迄今为止,国际上尚无统一的匀度评价方法。本文采取一种结合计算机视觉的改进梯度指数法对芳纶纸的匀度进行了检测和分析识别,对匀度的检测方法进行了研究和探索。结果表明,该法可以用来表征纸页的匀度,其结果具有较高的可比性,同时可以提高检测方法的准确性和实时性。
Honeycomb structural materials made from aramid paper-based materials are an important aviation material. Due to the structural characteristics of aramid fiber itself in the aqueous medium easy to flocculation, fiber dispersion properties become one of the important factors affecting sheet forming and sheet strength. As a high-performance aerospace material, evenness is of particular importance, and interdisciplinary research poses tremendous difficulties due to the complexity of paper and slurries. So far, there is no uniform method for the formation of a uniform assessment in the world. In this paper, an improved Gradient Index method combined with computer vision was used to detect and analyze the formation of aramid paper. The research on the detection of formation uniformity was carried out. The results show that the method can be used to characterize the formation of paper, the results have a high comparability, while improving the accuracy and real-time detection methods.
