随着我国经济体制改革的深化,市场经济运行机制的完善,人们对《破产法》在市场经济中重要地位的认识也愈加明确。我国法学理论界和实务界对《企业破产法》的理论与司法实践问题日益关注,最高人民法院为完善《企业破产法》的实施,不断出台司法解释和指导意见,破产法系统的司法解释制定工作也取得重大进展,我国《企业破产法》的研究和法制建设工作不断向前推进。
With the deepening of China’s economic reform and the improvement of the market economic mechanism, people’s understanding of the important position of the Bankruptcy Law in the market economy has become clearer. The theoretical and judicial practice of “corporate bankruptcy law” has been paid more and more attention to by law jurisprudence circles and practical circles in our country. The Supreme People’s Court has issued judicial interpretations and directives in order to perfect the implementation of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, and formulated the judicial interpretation of the bankruptcy law system Significant progress has also been made in the work. The study of the “Enterprise Bankruptcy Law” and the construction of the legal system in our country have continuously progressed.
